Staff Get Student(s) Terms and Conditions
  1. The Staff Get Students (SGS) Programme is opened to all SIDMA staffs except for Corporate Marketing and Business Development Department staff.
  2. SGS programme is valid for recruitment to register with all programs offered by SIDMA (including UNIRAZAK Program) except Foundation in Arts program.
  3. SGS applicant must submit a copy of the potential student’s application (Hard Copy) to the Corporate Marketing Department.
  4. SGS applicant must ensure they complete their details in the ‘Recruited by’ section of the student application form.
  5. The SGS applicant will receive an incentive payment of RM300 for every successful introduction of new student, after the full payment of first semester tuition fees has been made by the new student and confirmed by the Finance Department.
  6. The recruitment of potential student(s) is not valid during official Registration Day(s) and fourteen days (14) after the official registrations dates.
  7. SGS applicant shall not have any authority whatsoever, whether express or otherwise, to make any offer of a place to any potential student(s) or to suggest the potential student(s) that the College will offer a place to the student(s). For avoidance of doubt, the SGS applicant shall have no authority whatsoever to enter into any agreement or promises which may bind the College.
  8. The College is under no obligation to make any offer to new student(s) referred by SGS applicant and shall be entitled to reject any or all of the applications submitted.
  9. The College reserves the right to remove or make amendments to the SGS campaign in future without prior notice.
  10. The College reserves the right to suspend with immediate effect the payment/participation if:
    1. The SGS applicant is found to commit any form of misrepresentation in the submission of the new student application(s).
    2. If there is an element fraud, wrongdoing or false information provided by SGS applicant and/or the new student.
    3. The SGS applicant is found to be soliciting for prospective student(s) during Exhibitions / Event participated or undertaken by the College.
    4. University reserve the right to withhold Payment if the newly registered student withdraws from the Programme at any time during the First Semester.
